Information We Collect

- Order information such as package, reservation, payment status, issued keys, and referral code use.
- Upgrade details such as key, Spotify login, country routing, request status, and support messages.
- Discord link data if you connect your Discord account.
- Technical data such as session cookies, captcha results, IP-derived security signals, and logs needed to protect the service.
How We Use Information
- Process purchases, reserve stock, issue keys, and submit upgrade or renewal requests.
- Show account history, key status, and support context.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate reservations, and unauthorized account access.
- Maintain the site, Discord tools, and customer support workflow.
Payments
Stripe handles card processing. LifetimePlus receives payment status, checkout identifiers, and basic transaction metadata, but not full card numbers.
Sharing
Information is shared only with service providers needed for hosting, payments, captcha, Discord linking, support, security, and upgrade processing, or when required by law.
Retention And Security
Records are kept as long as needed for purchases, warranty support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal requirements. Access is limited to people and systems that need it to operate the service.
