Service Overview
LifetimePlus sells digital upgrade keys that let customers submit Spotify Premium upgrade or renewal requests through this website and connected support tools.
A key is valid only for the service described at checkout. Processing times are estimates and can change when stock, provider availability, platform checks, or account issues slow a request down.
LifetimePlus is an independent third-party service. It is not owned by, sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Spotify AB.
Accounts And Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the service.
- Account registration details must be accurate and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your LifetimePlus account secure.
- You should not share your LifetimePlus account login with anyone else.
Customer Responsibilities
- Use an account you own or have permission to manage.
- Submit accurate login details, country routing, and key information.
- Keep access to the account email in case Spotify asks for verification.
- Do not submit locked, disabled, disputed, or already restricted accounts.
- Do not resell, broker, or redistribute LifetimePlus keys without written permission.
Prohibited Use
- Do not use stolen payment methods, false billing details, or unauthorized accounts.
- Do not abuse checkout reservations, automate excessive requests, scrape the site, or try to bypass rate limits.
- Do not reverse engineer, attack, disrupt, or interfere with LifetimePlus systems.
- Do not impersonate LifetimePlus, Spotify, support staff, or another customer.
- Do not use LifetimePlus for unlawful activity or activity that violates payment processor rules.
- Do not advertise or operate a reseller, broker, API, or white-label service using LifetimePlus keys unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Upgrade And Renew Requests
Use Upgrade for first-time premium activation. Use Renew only when a previously completed key needs another pass or an account migration.
If a request fails because the login is wrong, the account is already Premium, the account needs verification, or Spotify blocks the account, support may ask for corrected details before continuing.
Warranty
Completed keys include lifetime support for the original buyer. If Premium access drops later, or the account needs to be moved, submit the key through Renew or contact support.
The warranty does not cover chargebacks, payment disputes, abusive use, resold keys, accounts banned or limited by Spotify, loss of customer account access, or requests that violate these terms.
Payments And Disputes
Payments are processed by Stripe. LifetimePlus does not store card numbers.
Opening a payment dispute before contacting support may suspend related keys while the issue is reviewed.
Intellectual Property
The LifetimePlus website, interface, text, branding, code, and documentation belong to LifetimePlus or its licensors. These terms do not grant permission to copy, sell, or reuse those materials.
Spotify names, logos, and related marks belong to Spotify AB or its affiliates.
Suspension And Termination
LifetimePlus may suspend or close an account, cancel pending requests, or disable keys if the customer violates these terms, commits fraud, abuses support, opens malicious disputes, or creates risk for the service.
When possible, support will review the issue before a permanent decision is made. Some security or fraud issues may require immediate action.
Limits Of Responsibility
LifetimePlus provides the service as available. External services can change policies, availability, verification rules, account requirements, or platform behavior without notice.
LifetimePlus is not responsible for Spotify account restrictions, customer loss of account access, customer-provided incorrect details, third-party policy changes, or indirect losses. The maximum responsibility for a paid order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where law requires otherwise.
Disputes
Contact support before opening a payment dispute or taking formal action. Most issues can be resolved faster when the key, account email, and status message are provided.
Any unresolved dispute should be handled individually. Class, representative, or mass claims are not permitted where that waiver is allowed by law.
Changes To These Terms
LifetimePlus may update these terms as the service changes. The current version will be posted here with a new last updated date. Continued use of the service after an update means the updated terms apply.
