Digital Delivery
LifetimePlus keys are digital goods. Once a key is issued or used for processing, the order may no longer be eligible for a standard refund.
Refunds May Be Approved When
- Payment completed but keys were not issued.
- Stock was unavailable and no replacement could be provided.
- A duplicate charge happened by mistake.
- Support confirms the service cannot be attempted for reasons outside the customer's control.
Refunds Are Normally Not Approved When
- The key was successfully delivered and the upgrade completed.
- Incorrect Spotify login details were submitted.
- The Spotify account is already Premium, locked, banned, disputed, or requires customer action.
- The key was resold, shared, charged back, or used in a way that violates the Terms of Service.
Warranty Support
If a completed upgrade later loses Premium access, the warranty path is Renew or support review, not an automatic refund.
How To Request Review
Contact support with the account email, key, order date, and current status message. Refund reviews are handled case by case.
